Combine all ingredients in a large plastic baggy and seal.
Massage with your hands to mix marinade.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to set.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill shrimp or prawns about 4 minutes, then flip.

Grill another 2 minutes, or until shrimp are thoroughly cooked through.

Dirty Rice Preparation

Place rice in a saucepan and add 1 ½ cups chicken stock, olive oil, and salt. Place saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Sauté the sausage on medium high heat until brown and crispy. Sauté the vegetables until soft and add the garlic and mushrooms and continue to cook until the garlic is fragrant. Add the seasoning mixture and stir.

Add 2/3 cup chicken stock and 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce. Add the amount of hot sauce you like to season while the cooking in finishing.
Combine sausage and vegetables with rice.

Ingredients for Habanero & Honey Shrimp

1 pound large shrimp or prawns
4 teaspoons honey
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 habanero peppers, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

Ingredients for Dirty Rice

1 cup long grain white rice
Chicken stock
8 ounces diced sausage
1 & 1/2 cups diced onion, celery, and bell peppers
3 sliced mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, pressed
Tabasco sauce
Cajun season blend
