Coconut Ginger Energy Smoothie

1 cup coconut water plus coconut meat
2 bananas
1 teaspoon ginger

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

For a colder smoothie, either add a couple ice cubes or use frozen bananas.

This drink is rich in vitamin B6 and is also a good source of copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, iron, vitamin C and B vitamins including folate, niacin, riboflavin and B5.

Ingredients for
Sweet Ginger Broiled Grapefruit

1 large grapefruit
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons powdered ginger

Preheat oven on Broil

Cut grapefruit in half
Add sugar and ginger on top of slices
Place both halves on cooking sheet
Broil until grapefruits are soft and warm
